Inspiration
About a month ago, people around the world, including me, witnessed what was thought as the impossible. A video posted on YouTube that went viral quickly showed a Dutch man, named Floris Kaayk, succeeding at flying on his own with custom-built wings. No motors, no jet pack. We were all so excited about finally realizing man’s lifelong dream to fly like a bird that we failed to question the true mechanics of this guy’s claimed flight. Indeed, it turned out to be one big hoax of CGI play.
Aside from the disappointment everyone had, I still pondered what it felt like to really fly, even for a tiny bit. Naturally, I also thought about what kind of music I would play once I’m up there with the birds. And so I created this mix.
